Error connecting the OBD vLinker MC+

I purchased the product exactly as instructed on the ABPR website, but the app can't read the data from the connector. How can I fix this problem?

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

    Hi

    I can see that the OBD is connected and we get the SoC. Do you still experience any issues?

      Oi Linda,

      Sim, o problema permanece aqui. Quando tento testar os PIDs, vejo que o ABRP não consegue consumir dados do veículo. O print que mandei, acima, permanece demonstrando o que acontece aqui
