Excluded chargers cannot be managed

Under the “Charging” menu it says that I have 2 excluded chargers. However, when I click on “Excluded Chargers” to manage them I see an empty list. I believe I added chargers to the excluded list over a year ago. I would like to review the list of excluded chargers and, possibly, remove chargers from this list.
