Error in total calculations when crossing a time zone

It seems like the final calculations of a trip I completed are based on the time zone I was in when I completed the drive. Therefore it is making estimates that are mistakenly starting my trip 1 hour earlier than I actually did. (Driving from Utah to California, 6/3/2023).
