Erroneous Speed Limit Information for highway 140 between Klamath Falls, OR and Winnemucca, NV

The speed limit information in ABRP for highway 140 between Klamath Falls, OR and Winnemucca, NV is wrong. For most/all of that section ABRP thinks the speed limit is 45 but actual speed limit is 55/65 in OR and 70 in NV. This results in significant range miscalculation.
