Enode with VW account with two cars doesn't seem to work

I have two cars in my VW account. One ID3 and one ID5. I try to configure them with ABRP premium, login works, both cars are shown and I select each one on the configured car in ABRP. However I get no live data for either of the two cars. I waited quite some time before posting this. Is this supposed to work or there is a compatibility problem when having more than one car on the VW account?

It happens on both web and android.

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

    Hi

    Unfortunately it will not work with two car from the same brand on the same account. The data from the cars will mix up.

    Never mind, it worked after around 50 minutes. Why it took so long though? I was expecting to see data in a few minutes.
