Enode with VW account with two cars doesn't seem to work

I have two cars in my VW account. One ID3 and one ID5. I try to configure them with ABRP premium, login works, both cars are shown and I select each one on the configured car in ABRP. However I get no live data for either of the two cars. I waited quite some time before posting this. Is this supposed to work or there is a compatibility problem when having more than one car on the VW account?

It happens on both web and android.
