I failed to connect. I have a 2023 Bolt and a 2026 Equinox, both Chevrolet. I went though the Enode sign on process and it offered to connect to the Bolt but not the Equinox. I signed on to the Chevrolet app on the phone and confirmed the Equinox was connected. It is connected. I can start and stop charging, remotely control various settings on the Equinox, so I am certain the app is connected. I deleted the Bolt from the Chevrolet app and from the ABRP app because we are selling that vehicle. I made sure the ABRP app was installed and signed in. The Equinox was the only car on the ABRP app and the only car on the Chevrolet app.
Then I attempted another sign on to Enode. The sign on offered no vehicle – it said, ‘No Vehicle Found’..
So that is where we are. I am getting used to Google Maps which does many of the same things ABRP does but it has it’s faults as well.
Please let me know when I can try ABRP again. I have retained my subscription until the next annual renewal and I am happy to work with you on this issue.
