Enode link with Mercedes Me account fails

I’m able to start the link proces by input of a valid users-id and password, at entering the password the process stopped “authetication error… try again’. Login to Mercedes fails. I see no other options. What do I have to do to get this working?

I’ve tried this in the iPhone app and in my firefox browser on my mac, both with same result.
