Enode for BYD Saudi Arabia owners

I tried to use the ABRP link via Enode and log in with my BYD account in the EU region, but no luck. Is it a technical issue or something to be added in future updates?

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

    Do you mean that you that you are from Saudi Arabia but when you try to connect the car you are in a EU country?

      I mean, when Encore takes me to the login screen, it says the closest region based on my internet connection is EU, so when I log in using my BYD account, I get an error message. The other options are Australia and Turkey, but neither will work either.

      Is something you can fix or Encore?

        Then they don’t support your country yet.
