Hi We were aware that this could happen but you are the first one reporting this. We have had users that have been logged out but they have been able to just loggin again. I understand that you can't do that?

I can log back in again but must do so every time I want to use the app. This means none of the Byd features or notifications that are app dependent work so long as I’m connected with enode. Regardless of if I have ABRP installed or not. Unfortunately the Byd app is too useful to go with out but ABRP with out live car info is not appealing either.

We didn’t add BYD to Enode earlier because of problems like this but some users wanted to try it when OBD didn’t work for them. Unfortunately we can’t affect this but we hope it can work better in the future.

I don’t think there was really much that could be done with how the byd app functions. It is a shame as the enode connection really makes the difference and I couldn’t get odb to cooperate. Thanks for the reply.
