Enode data not updating for Jaguar iPace

Hi,

I've recently purchased premium to use the enode connection with my car (jaguar ipace 2019). I set up the enode connection, got some data and then I get very sporadic updates. While driving for 2 hours yesterday I didn't receive a single update and showed as not connected the entire way. Even now its showing as updated 12 hours ago. I know the car has signal as I can see data through my jaguar app.

If you need any more info, please let me know.

Where does this happen?

    I can see that Enode has identified issues with Jaguar, and they’re currently working on resolving this;

    @Katya Skog this is happening again, I've had no updates for over 24 hours to my car's battery %. I haven't been using abrp for the last couple of months, so unsure if this is a long standing issue

      This was an issue between Jaguar and Enode affecting us three months ago. The issue has since been resolved. If you’re experiencing issues now this is a new issue so please submit a new ticket.
