Enode data not updating for Jaguar iPace

Hi,

I've recently purchased premium to use the enode connection with my car (jaguar ipace 2019). I set up the enode connection, got some data and then I get very sporadic updates. While driving for 2 hours yesterday I didn't receive a single update and showed as not connected the entire way. Even now its showing as updated 12 hours ago. I know the car has signal as I can see data through my jaguar app.
