Enode connection link disappeared

I recently connected my VW ID.4 to Enode, but then accidentally deleted my car from my account. After re-adding my car, I went to reconnect to Enode, but the Enode link had disappeared from the “Connect Live Data” options. Only Tronity or OBD is there now. Is this a bug? How do I reconnect to Enode?

I should add that I tried signing out and then back into the app, deleting and reinstalling the app, and I also tried to connect via desktop web browser. Nothing worked. Enode is still gone.
