Enode connection issue with Lexus

While Enode is successfully connected to my 2026 Lexus ES 500e sign in, I am consistently seeing red cell phone like signal bars with a line through it on the display. The app is also not registering updated live information. I have logged out and back in to everything with no success. Can you provide some guidance? I am using the most recent version of Apple CarPlay.

    Hi

    The car is still connected even if you see the red bars. The red bars means that the live data is more than five minutes old. We get data from your car but it’s not that many data points.
