Another user reported similar issues with their iX3 a while back. It was then resolved by resetting the connection.
Have you checked if disconnecting and then linking again via Enode makes any difference in this behavior?

I did some tests and found out that mybmw is not updating the battery charge status while driving it does only when full stop or charging. So ABRP shows only the actual status when departing but doesn’t get updates. For now I cancelled ABRP payments because at this time it isn’t worth the money.
I’ve submitted a ticket with Enode so that they can investigate. Regarding your subscription, we’re not able to provide a refund since you’re subscribed via Apple, but as a subscriber, you can request a refund from Apple.

That’s very odd. According to the documentation, there shouldn’t be such restrictions: https://developers.enode.com/api/capabilities/vehicle
