Enode connection Citroen e-C3 incorrect SoC
Hello, my subscription Premium is activated, the link with Enode is activated, but the SoC in the app doesn't match the car's SoC. When I view my trips, the track is recorded correctly, but the corresponding electricity consumption is 0 kWh. What's going on? It worked perfectly the previous times!

I can’t sign in to Enode for some reason and it was working before.

Hi
Can you try to unlink Enode and link it again and see if that solves the problem.

Thanks! I did that before posting. I tried again and the problem persists! The process is OK, validated, but the SoC isn't changing: the SoC is at 100%, while today the Citroën ëC3 is at 48%...

I have made a report at Enode because we also just get 100% SoC in our system. I will get back to you when I have an answer from them. It will take a little bit longer because of the holidays.

Enode also says that they only get 100% SoC from Citroen so it seems to be a bug on Citroens side. So please contact them to see if they can solve the problem.
