Enode connection + Kia

Bug Reports

I cannot connect ABRP app with Kia connect (Canada) with Enode. It doesn’t accept my connection information. Both apps are updated and my password is correct. Thanks for the support!

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

    Can you try to delete the Kia app and install it again and see if that helps?

            Enode have a couple of questions:

            • Can you successfully log into the official Kia Connect Canada app or website (owners.kia.ca) with the same credentials you're trying to use with ABRP, I assume yes since you reinstalled the app?

            • When logging into Kia directly, are you prompted for any two-factor authentication (SMS code, authenticator app, email verification, etc.)?

            • Have you received any recent emails from Kia Canada about security updates or authentication changes?
