Enode connection issue BMW i3s

Hi

Premium user on an I3S (2022).

Frustrated with ABRP connection either OBD or Enode.

In the past 2 to 3 months, gave up on OBD only to be faced with the same issue.

Although the car is sometimes linked (is it?) connection is almost ever off. No SOC data. Recently on a 400km drive no data available. On the way back, the same.

Several uninstalls/reinstalls, IPhone 15 pro max updated regularly.

If it keeps not working as should I regret to quit my subscription.

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

    Hi @Joao Cruz,

    Enode responded:

    “From what I can tell, this user has been deleted so I'm not able to dig further into the data here. I would need to be able to do this to understand more about the polling of the device and updates from the vendor.”

    I can see that you still have an account with us, but at the moment, Enode cannot help us troubleshoot this issue. Do you wish us to continue this investigation?

      Thanks for your reply.

      Unfortunately the car connects, but it won’t last much long.

      I stop getting real SOC data after a couple of minutes after starting the car, which renders the app useless.

      Still the same issue…
