Enode connection issue BMW i3s

Hi

Premium user on an I3S (2022).

Frustrated with ABRP connection either OBD or Enode.

In the past 2 to 3 months, gave up on OBD only to be faced with the same issue.

Although the car is sometimes linked (is it?) connection is almost ever off. No SOC data. Recently on a 400km drive no data available. On the way back, the same.

Several uninstalls/reinstalls, IPhone 15 pro max updated regularly.

If it keeps not working as should I regret to quit my subscription.
