Kia working poorly with Enode connection

I can connect to Enode without problems, and retreive a status from my car. But only one, and then there is no more live updates.

I have tried restarting the app, disconnecting the link to Enode and reconnection several times, but to no avail. Please help, as i have bought Premium just for this feature, and now it doesn’t work any more…..1 day after trial period ran out :-(

    We do get data from your car through Enode. Why do you think that it’s not working?

      Here is a picture of my cars infotainment screen with ABRP running via Carplay, and on the lower left corner you can see my cars SoC. Also, a screenshot from my phone. taken seconds before the picture. No connection to Enode, even though the phone says it is.

    The Carplay ABRP navigation does not update correctly following the cars SoC% (not even ± a couple of percentages due to delay in polling the Enode server), and the 3 indicator bars for connection are not a solid green, they are a red outline and “hollow”. On my phone the cars SoC% also does not update, and even though the phone reports “Connected to Enode” at times, it does not update the %, and eventually it loses connection altogether. Maybe i can borrow another phone and do a short video to show how it looks if you are on doubt.

    I can disconnect from Enode, and connect again withput problem, and get ONE update, not more.

    Last week i used ABRP without issue (except for one time where the 5G wireless signal was bad)

    FWIW, compared to Google Maps, ABRP picks some strange routes for me, but this is another issue, and not for this ticket.

    I have a similar issue like this.
    When I connect ABRP to Enode and my car it does show SoC%, but it’s outdated SoC. When I manually change the SoC in ABRP it and click “start” to start the route it goes back to the latest information despite me disabling that. I had to completely remove the Enode connection.

    Also as mentioned the SoC% was not correct and definately not live data.

    I think in this case, that an OBD dongle is definately better.

    Note: I have a Toyota bZ4X 2023 model (with the latest system update that fixed range, charging speeds etc.)

    We have just deployed a bug fix to our servers to handle Enode data better. The issue was that Enode data often comes in 5 minutes late and we in many cases ignored this data. This has now been fixed.

          Okay. According to Enodes website, their reliabilty level is at “3” which I find odd. Especially as that states it’s live status etc. coming from the car, yet I have never been able to get reliable and stable information from the car using the Enode integration.

          So just to be sure, this issue is no longer of interest to ABRP?

          If that is the case, i would like a full refund of my year subscription. It is not working at all, and since support in this thread has stopped, i guess i’m out of luck. (and some money for know…..)

      Like Patrick, this fix is not working for me. I have driven 2 × 35 minutes today, without getting any connection other than the initial from my return drive, and that was becuase i removed the Enode integration, and reconnected.Then i get ONE update, and nothing more. I know it’s not working because ABRP reports a lower SoC than my car, and this wouldn’t be possible if there was a connection to Enode. Also, the ABRP app never reported it was connected on any of the drives today.

      I also never get any updated driving or consumption statistics. It has remained the same 40, 44 and 48% for weeks now :-(

    I have subscribed to the Premium subscription more than a month ago and I’ having the same bad experience with enode live connection, not updating regularly and being most of the time out of sync… it connects once in many hours (like once a day) and then doesn’t update with any regular pattern… even if Kia Connect works etc. I drive a KIA EV6 in Italy
