Enode - bad connection
Audi e-tron 2021-2023 55 Quattro
I'm having an unstable connection problem. I guess the red bars mean "no connection"?
when I drive for example 1 hour, there is connection / green bars in about 3-4 times 5 minutes, or so
What can I do to improve the connection?

Hi
When the bar is red it means that it’s more than five minutes since we received any data from your car. We don’t get much data through Enode from your car. You can try to unlink it and link it again to see if that changes anything.

I did already de connect and reconnect twice this week, without any changes.. I also activated data in the car, but still no effect.
I really hope you have some more ideas, I am going on a 3-weeks trip in Europe, and this function would be a huge help!

I got this from Enode:
“From our side, telemetry was flowing continuously throughout that window. The vehicle state was being refreshed roughly every 60 to 90 seconds, the most recent successful poll was just a few minutes before this ticket was raised, and we did not see authentication failures, rate limiting, or any wider Audi disruption. The earlier unlink and relink also completed cleanly.
What we did see is consistent with a known characteristic of the location data we receive from Audi: a current position is only reported while the vehicle is parked. While the vehicle is in motion, no location is returned, and reporting resumes the moment the vehicle is parked again. Other fields, including charge state and odometer, continued to update normally throughout the drive.”
