EnBW charging stations are not considered
I have an EnBW charging contract.
Recently I have noticed that the app using IONITY charging station once I have planned a route even though there are multiple EnBW stations along the way. EnBW charging contract/card is respected in the app.
Why is that so?

Hi Linda.
We’ve already done our trip. During the ride I restarted the plan over and over again
til the program(with the changing parameters) finally chose a EnBW charging station.
Nevertheless here is a new plan to the same destination I created 2 min ago. Same issue. it won’t pick the EnBW stations over some unknown provider.

I would be nice if the program offers the option: using contract cards
exclusively.

If you add EnBW as a preferred network in the settings you should get chargers from them.

Hi Linda.
Either you added this setting(unlikely) or it has been there already. Anyway, I planned the trip to Leipzig again and now the system chose an EnBW station. Admittetly the SOC of my car is different now but I hope for the best. Thx for your advice and support. BR Ralf
