Email notifications don't seem to work

I just realized that I got a response on an earlier post of mine, didn't get an email notification for that (I searched, also in my spam folder), checked my email notification setup here on featurebase, looks right (everything enabled as far as I can tell).

      Looks like it's working again. So maybe it was just a glitch.

    Just checked the notification icon (bell) and the reply also doesn't show in there.
