Elektra+ rate is missing

I have added my Elektra+ charging card to the app, but the rate is missing from the overview of my rates or the available rates at the charging station.

What is going wrong here?

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

    Hi

    Please add a link to a plan where you have added the card and you have charging stations that can be used with the card. Click at Share plan and Share ABRP link.

          Thanks. I see that more charging cards are missing. Please see the attached Atlante station, where the Allego Go subscription is €0.42. Electricity is also missing here (€0.49).
