OBDII device no longer connects to ABRP

Since a few weeks ago, with the new updates, the app no longer connects to OBDII, despite being correctly linked via Bluetooth. Before, I could get real time data on consumption and estimates on the trip that were updated depending on the consumption of the car.

It is now impossible for me to find the setting to connect the app to the OBDII to get that data, and in the vehicle section, I can no longer access without having the premium version.

Have they discontinued that service of getting data from the OBDII and now it is only for premium users?

Please let me know, because it was a very useful feature for any electric vehicle user. Thank you.

    It seems like your vehicle is still connected through the OBD. Could you share a screenshot how it looks on your app?

      Hello Ella.

      I discover that I couldn’t pair ABRP with my OBD BLE device because I had it already connected to other app (CanZE) that uses the same OBD device too, at the same time.

      First of all I did was unpairing the OBD device from ABRP and the car and pairing It again.

      After that, I realised the problem with simultaneous use in both apps, so I used the device separately with one or the other app.

      Now I can already use the ABRP app connected with my live car data without problemas.

    I have exactly the same issue. Driving an Audi Q6 quattro Etron S-Line, with a ODBLink CX, and don't get offered the option to connect to it. Just says odble not connected. Onlly get Tronity as live OTA connection, or a code for in development connection. Where is the “Connect via ODBLE link?? Android Auto doesn't provide the info!!!

      Hello. In my case, my problema was that I have 2 apps (CanZE and ABRP) that use the OBD BLE device at the same time, so if I have connected or running the CanZE app, it is impossible to pair the ABRP simultaneously.

      So I stop the CanZE app and I run the ABRP according to my needs.
