Easier way to report missing speed limit info

In our area (rural south Germany), there are a lot of missing speed limits.
On one hand there should be an easier way to report these to encourage users to do so, on the other hand there should be an algorythm noticing streets that are constantly being used far below the supposed limit. Nearly every village mainstreet is painted red on the map as there is a 30km/h limit and ABRP "thinks" it were 50km/h.
