DST bug in future departure time planning

If I set the departure time to 12:30 pm on 11/5/2023 (after DST ends), the time is shown in the calculated itinerary as 1:30 pm. If I set the date to 11/4/2023 (before DST ends), the time shown is correct.
(I am in the United States.)
Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)
