"Driving View" gone in-car after 5.0+ updates

My Polestar 2 is on P3.1.9, Android Automotive OS 12, and ABRP app is on 5.0.4.

Ever since ABRP dropped its major 5.0+ updates, I've lost the "driving view" in the Polestar app when the vehicle goes into Drive. ABRP stays in the "planning view."

It's not a huge deal while driving, but it's annoying that the location pins on the screen no longer smoothly update in this planning view. The location pins jump sporadically as the app regularly polls for the vehicle's position. The driving view was smoother and less distracting.
