Driving direction E19, weight of parallel route is lesser that highway, but more time consuming

Driving the RO around Brussels and going in the direction of Antwerp, in both directions (clockwise and counterclockwise).

ABRP is telling to get off the highway connection and take the parallel road (which is more time consuming because of traffic lights) instead of the highway connection directly to the E19.

I assume there is some kind of weight or value assigned to these routes and the route via the parallel road has a lesser value than the highway route. hence it is always sending me on an more time consuming route than just taking the intersection directly to the E19.
