Driver dash map lags behind center console & maps when using satellite map

I’m a new user and still in early-days testing of the software (but massively impressed by the trove of useful information and features). That said, I immediately noticed a bug in the CarPlay integration - The map in the driver dashboard (i.e. not the car center screen) lags behind in reflecting vehicle location. It’s noticeable already after a few hundred meters, and the lag seems to get progressively worse during the trip. The center screen or main CarPlay correctly reflects location.

I can see that there are other, mostly rejected, tickets on CarPlay GPS lag, but I think this is a bit different since the main GUI correctly reflects location.

The car is BMW i4, but I suspect this is a broader issue.
