Downscale 400V charge rates for 800V vehicles.

Feature request: option to downscale 400V charger rates for 800V vehicles.

For vehicles with an 800V architecture, please provide an option to downscale 400V charger reported charging rates, to their realistic charging rate cap (e.g. 100 kWh). I.e. Tesla superchargers (400V) have a 300kw charge rates, but on an 800V car, this is effectively only 100kw, therefore I am better off being routed to a true 150kw charger, not the "300"kw 400V charger. As this affects the Tesla Supercharger network, which is Australia's most extensive charging network, this has a HUGE impact on total route times, when charge rates are actually only 1/3 of what is advertised.
