Had the dongle for about 6 months. Suddenly just quit working. I’ve had the OBD port checked out by my ford dealership, it’s working fine. The power light doesn’t come one, but the Bluetooth light does. I cannot connect to the dongle through the app, but my phone Bluetooth says it’s connected. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting techniques the app suggests. I have a Mustang Mach-E.
