Displayed time is one hour different than selected time for departure

When I set the departure time in the parameters for a waypoint, the time that is displayed in the interface is one hour later than selected. For example, if I set the departure time to 5:00 PM, then after accepting the change and the route is recalculated, the departure time displayed with the waypoint is 6:00 PM. In case it matters, my local timezone is Atlantic. The one hour difference makes me think of the time I'm setting in the waypoint settings is being taken as if it was in the Eastern timezone instead of Atlantic.
I've reproduced this issue in Firefox and Edge on Windows, and on the ABRP app on iPhone.
