display surrounding traffic jam and roadworks

As an Android Auto I would like to see the traffic jam and roadworks around me, not only on my planned route, and also when no route is planned. In that way I can see for example why the planner has decided not to take the most direct one, and I can take an alternative if I not agree with the proposal.
