Linked to this request and other comment, It would be very helpfull to understand the overall vehicle behavior to add battery temperature in the synthesis graph of driving and charging (in history tab).
When we use OBD doggle the battery temperature is displayed in ABRP app (at least for VW ID3), it would be great to record it in the synthesis and to be able to export it in .csv in summary reports.
Thanks a lot ABRP Team. I hope this is not too complicated and could be added soon.

The new Hyundai ccNC platform allows manual battery preconditioning. Having the battery temperature available in the primary display will be extremely helpful and much safer than requiring the driver to go to the details display in the phone screen.

Show battery temperature next to SoC overlay (Android Auto / in-car view)
Hi ABRP team,
Could you please add battery temperature as an optional value in the top-right overlay, next to the current SoC and arrival SoC?
On Android Auto and in-car displays, ABRP already shows:
Current state of charge (SoC)
Estimated SoC at arrival
Adding battery temperature (batt_temp) beside or below these values would make the overlay much more informative — especially for EVs like the Nissan Leaf, where battery temperature strongly affects charging speed and efficiency.
Why it matters
The data is already available from telemetry (OBD, LeafSpy, or car API).
For cars without active cooling (like older Leafs), monitoring temperature in real time helps drivers manage charging and protect battery health.
Displaying it next to SoC would make it visible without opening menus or the data tab — ideal for driving view.
Possible implementation ideas
Optional third value beside SoC and arrival SoC (°C or °F).
Or a small color-coded thermometer icon (e.g., blue–green–red range).
Toggle in Settings → Car Data → “Show battery temperature overlay.”
Thanks for considering this improvement — it would be a small change with a big usability impact for many EV owners!
