Disappointed by ABRP service

It’s time for renewal of my premium service, lot of things going through my mind. The app is not providing the service for the money paid, CarPlay freezes, encode doesn’t connect to MyVW this is frequently happening. No customer support, Otherwise the app was good. I could easily use google map with electric charge option and plug share but I saw a promise in ABRP , I liked it but now getting disappointed
