Directed to non-functional chargers

On my last two roadtrips, ABRP has directed me to chargers that were either under construction or non-existent. I am losing trust in the app. I now verify between charges. What data is being used to inform charger status and could it be improved? Is there a setting that ensures multiple charging options within the remaining range? I am based in the US.
