Different country cities mentioned on traffic signs

I live in NZ and but while driving I often get cities from other countries on the traffic signs. Strange and a big issue see picture.
Here an example from an Indonesian city while driving near Albany in Auckland.
I also always get Bremen, Dortmund which are German cities while driving over the Harbour Bridge in Auckland.
