I will not be sharing a link of a plan containing my home address or something in the neighborhood. It is also absurd to ask such a thing.

As a software developer you should be able to reproduce bugs without user private user data. European law requires this.

We have specifically asked you not to include personal data in the plan. We have not asked you to provide us with personal information. We need a plan link in order to get the exact set of settings that results in this issue. So far no example of a plan has been provided and we cannot continue troubleshooting this issue.
The easiest is to recreate the issue from the same city, but you can of course choose to plan on the other side of the globe - the only thing that matters to us is that we receive a plan link where the issue is present.

If i modify a plan its not the same plan anymore where the issue appeared thus rendering the plan useless for investigation.

As a software developer (as am i) you should know that investigation can be done without live data from a user. Closing this with a “cant reproduce” because i wont share my private information publicly or recreate a new plan that will simply not have the same situation and therefore will result in a “cant reproduce” because it does not contain the same data and conditions is just doing a blanket: “wont look at it, closed”.
If i would do this at my job i would be fired i a week.
