Destination arrival soc not respected

If you want to plan a trip with a Destination Arrival SOC of 80 or more with Quickest Arrival the planner does NOT respect this request. The trip will plan, but you will NOT arrive with what Destination SOC you selected. You have to select a Destination SOC of 79 or lower with the charger stops being slightly lower than quickest. This will then plan you for a charger stop, but NOT always. The trip will always in these cases tell you to drive 50 mph.
