Departure Times Addition to Trip Plan

At present ABRP only shows the arrival time at any waypoint in a trip plan.

This necessitates going into the waypoint detail to see the departure time.

My recommendation is to 1) move the arrival time to before the waypoint symbol, and 2) add the departure time after, thereby making getting the gist of a stop much faster.
