Departure SoC not right on Apple Car Play

It's 50/50 on whether my specified SoC will be correct when I start a route. I update my SoC on the app every time I get in the car and when I start driving on the route it will decide that my SoC isn't 80 and is actually 90, for example. Have to reboot the app for it to be right.
