Delay to fix chargers in Argentina and Uruguay

I send using ABRP app and this system more than 20 requests to fix chargers in Argentina and Uruguay.

I fix these in OCM, but ABRP don’t take these fixes automatically.

Please many requests have more than one moths and waiting.

Argentina and Uruguay need this information. I pay premium subscription but ABRP have bad information to calculate trips.

Please fix.

    We are aware of you sending us many requests for chargers in respective countries. However, our data provider has answered with saying that they are not able to implement the chargers due to complications and are only able to wait until they inform us about this.

    We will go through all of the requests and see which ones has been completed and message in those requests.

      Hi Mahde.

      Really thank you for this. I report al those chargers on OCM platform. ABRP have errors calculations for my trip to Buenos Aires beach coast to Pinamar. By example have a serious error in YPF Castelli or Chargebox Macdonnal’s Cañuelas. OCM is ok with these data. But ABRP don’t. I am now using site “carregados.com” from Brazil to locate chargers with real data and Apple Maps as GPS for navigation. I prefer ABRP but with data error and bad calculations is impossible. Best.

    Delay to process reports for Argentina

    Hello. I started using ABRP because I bought an electric car. The real-world information on chargers and their connectors is very poor and limited. I set myself the task of meticulously and systematically gathering this information to improve the daily use of ABRP for other drivers and myself. However, I've noticed that my reports and information aren't reflected in ABRP after several weeks, which prevents me from using it efficiently. I don't understand what's happening. ABRP needs improvement so it can be used in Argentina. For now, it's better and more accurate for me to use PlugHare with Apple Maps instead of ABRP. I request that you address my reports so I can use ABRP exclusively in my car using CarPlay, as I am a premium user. Thank you for your attention to my complaint.
