First, thanks for everything. Wonderful app.
Two, my ask/user story::

As a user with an older electric vehicle, or battery constraints, I would like to limit the rate assumed I'll be charging at, so that my estimated time at charger will reflect my reality.

E g. Supercharger is a 250kw, however I can only get 55kw on average. I'd like to have that defined in the settings, and apply to my future routes.
