DCFC Speed Not Shown correctly in live data

While DCFC in 2023 Ioniq 6, reported speed appeared to be capped at 119kW, while the car was actually charging at 220-235kW. The live data reporting charging speed seemed to be inaccurate for the majority of the charging curve. Using live data from the car by BT adaptor.
Where does this happen?
