Date and time fields don't let me choose tomorrow when planning a trip

The planner does not allow me to select time and dates needed. It might be a regional/time issue with the app. For example :

1. When I go to plan a trip, and choose tomorrow 18FEB22, say 9 AM, it won't let me select 9 AM unless I change the date to today.
2. I choose today or a time in the arvo, and the date field becomes the calendar selected date, minutes one day.. and,
3. The time does not allow me to choose AM/PM but if I type 21:00 it says AM and every time I hit AM/PM, the date goes +1.
