Daily wrong estimated time of arrival

Everyday on morning commute, the estimated time of arrival between Kumue and Auckland City (New Zealand) is always 20-40 minutes later than Google Map, which usually within 5-10 minutes of accuracy.

1) Is there a way / setting to improve the estimation?

2) If the estimated time is so far off, does it mean that the planned route is not the most efficient as suggested?

Where does this happen?

    Could you share route examples from both ABRP and Google Maps to showcase the difference in route and time?
