Custom departure time issue

The interface for setting a departure time from an added waypoint has always been problematic. Fiddling with the cursor to set the date is hit-and-miss. Trying to change the AM/PM box likewise. Sometimes it only works if I refresh the page, and then not always. Why is it so hard?

Where does this happen?

    Do you use the app or our webpage on your phone? We don’t see any problems using the app or the webpage on a computer.

      The issue happens on my Windows computer. I don’t use the web page on my phone, I use the app. I’m using Chrome on Windows. In the 11 days since I posted that it’s happened twice more on my computer. Other items are inactive as well unless I refresh the page. For example, when I clicked on “Avoid on route” under “Road conditions” nothing happened. None of the information pop-ups (“i” inside a circle) worked either until I refreshed the page. I don’t have this problem with other websites. (Most recent version of Chrome: Version 139.0.7258.128)
