1 Every one can correct the price as he want for him self. For example when you do not find the time to update the price.

2. I have a own price as i do business wit a cardprovider.
   So I pay with a certan card wich is in your system 5 to 6 times less. Lets say 30cents per min. Which results at 12 to 16 cents per kW. If i charge during rooming i pay a start fee of 1$.

I guess you konw already what is needed and it should not be a big deal to implement this great feature.
