Create new vehicle fails

After creating a new vehicle based on an existing one as a starting point, I clicked on Submit/Save (don’t remember the exact text on the button). Then I got a 404 error (Not Found). The URL contained a file reference that was something like “new-vehicle-added”.

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

    Not OP, but same bug after attempting to create a new custom vehicle
