Hello @Trevor Smedley,
Do you get the same results from trying the route several times after restarting the app? Have you tried the plan by having specific addresses in each city as the waypoints instead?

It did the correct route after I restarted the app. Should I just restart it every time I use it???

In this case, it was probably something else causing it. Could you reproduce the problem now? If so, can you share the plan URL with us?
