CPU load, battery drain, overheating phone

Guys,

You fixed one issue with CarPlay and Apple Music and another pop-up. I can heat my coffee on iPhone during use ABRP. Phone is wirelessly charged but still consumption by your app is so high, then after 5 hours of driving phone is from 100% to 30%. It is not standard behaviour. Now downloaded beta 7.1.3 and will see.

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

    Same issue on my Samsung Galaxy A53 CPU usage is tremendous ! Even with the phone connected through cable the battery drops !

    I have the same issue running a iPhone 13 pro (iOS 26.5) with ABRP navigation 7.1.2. Its getting so hot it stops charging to keep the battery cool.

    And the navigation stutters

    Thanks for reporting! Do you have the ABRP map in the instrument cluster too (so two screens in the car)?

      Yes main screen of entertainment box in car and turn-by-turn on the cockpit.
