I get this error message very often.
Very annonying.
I live in Denmark and drives in Denmark and Sweden with good cell phone data coverage.
Sometimes the app is not connected to my KIA PV5 Passenger, but today it is but I still get the error.
I am on the Premium subscription, but currently it is not worth the money.
