could not calculate your plan

I get this error message very often.

Very annonying.

I live in Denmark and drives in Denmark and Sweden with good cell phone data coverage.

Sometimes the app is not connected to my KIA PV5 Passenger, but today it is but I still get the error.

I am on the Premium subscription, but currently it is not worth the money.

    Does this happen with every single plan you are trying to create or only a few select ones?

    Could you share with us a plan that you try to make by sending a screenshot of the addresses and the error message you receive after making the plan that you want to?

      No, it doesn’t happen with every single plan.
      Today I have created 6-8 different plans, and they are all good.

      Today I have created a simple plan and some plans I tried a few days ago and a more complex plan with 4 stop and 1389 km.

      None was work a few days ago.

      All of them are working today (while I am at work and don’t need ABRP).

        Let me know if you do get a plan that does not work. It might just be a temporary error happening for you but it might appear again and if it does, let us know your location of where it happens and any information regarding your connection.
